Converting to All Grain Brewing

The transition to all grain brewing may be intimidating to some home brewers. There’s new equipment, additional techniques, and more time needed. However, it can also be very rewarding. You can have more control over your beers, create more complex flavors, and save money on each batch you make. You can certainly brew with extract and a bag of specialty grains and make excellent beers–if you are happy with this and want to stick with it, by all means you can do so. If you’re ready though, I’m going to take the plunge with you! I’m going to be sharing what I learn and the research I do with you every step of the way to make it easy for you. I do all the grunt work so you can just sit back and reap the benefits…the way it should be, right? Also, if there’s a topic you want to know more about that I haven’t posted on, send me an email and let me know and I’ll get right on it!
